A limited liability company (Limited by Shares and Limited by Guarantee/Non profit company)
Partnership
External Company
What do I need to register a company in Ghana?
Under the Companies Act, a limited liability company must be registered with the following:
- a minimum of 2 directors,
- a company secretary, and
- an auditor
How does a foreigner or a foreign entity register a business in Ghana?
In addition to incorporating the company at the Companies Registry, the foreigner or foreign entity would be required to register with the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre and the Ghana Immigration Service.
